Having a problem with the Wideband reading at the moment.

I'm getting a reading from full lean to full rich. I'd assume this is a problem with something on the board. I recently replaced the P259 and that Fixed my no rpm signal problem I could have done something else to the board when I did that. Anything I can test on the board for this?
