[Bootloader upgrade]

All assembled controllers and mainboards shipped since 2011-03-01 already have uhex type (universal, also called "crypto") bootloader and therefore does NOT need bootloader upgrade to use new fw (eg. 1.2.x).

The bootloader upgrade involves a

* step (lock=3C) with ISP cable and ISP program (endplate removed, not RS232 serial port).

* and a step done with VemsTune through RS232. This step requires internet connection and a granted pw for the given serialnr.
