Cruise control is a special case of idle: engine rpm must be held constant with a controller algorithm.

Cruise control requires a bigger idlevalve than vanilla idle

(surprise: higher power, more air).

Constant power cruise is needed for PortInjected/SequentialInjection and GenBoard/AutoTune

so that the best injection-degree can be found that gives

lowest pw for a given ( VE, RPM) while outputpower, is held

constant.
