The Driver connects the computer and starts the software. They select logging from the utilities menu. The software asks them where to save the generated file. The software queries the ECU for all runtime variables and stores them in a file that can be opened by Microsoft Excel, using timestamped real-world units. This process repeats every second until logging is deselected. In the event of the ECU stopping, the event is logged and logging is paused until the ECU is started again, or logging is deselected.
