The engine didn't run properly when set up for 120 degrees (trigger_tooth=0A and ign_tdcdelay=0x78; 10*6 + 120*0.5 = 120 degrees)). Remarkely it did run when setup for 60 degrees. Although it is not clear what exactly caused the timing problem, after using [http://www.vems.hu/wiki/index.php?page=MembersPage%2FPhatBob%2FALSConfigFix ALSfix] my problem was over and the engine started with the correct timing.
