ECU was ordered for Auditrigger • firmware revision 1.0.38 HALL sensor • measured OK: 5V (from EC36pin28 - verified this @ the hall plug - also during cranking) Crankhome VR sensor Though MT does show RPM values when cranking (between 100-200 rpm) • using 22k pullup resistor to 5V • "pullup for the crankhome was changed to 43k ohm resistor as well • without this 22k pullup I wasn't able to get any rpm signal to the ECU • decreasing this 22k to 10k could help getting rid of the noise • All the grounds have been checked and are good and all are connected. OK, so installers made very strong grounds very close to EC36. 1 GND + all 4 GND connected with min 1mm2 wires max 30 cm from EC36 (possibly just 10cm). • The VR sensors' resistance seems fine: • crankhome-VR sensor: 1007 ohm • 135-tooth: 974ohm Updates: I have changed both VR sensors, and verified that both work prior to putting them in. We also replaced the hall sensor with a known good one. Also I have spare ECU with firmway V 1.0.53 . 1. Still receiving Trigger Error 2. I have on 2 cyl spark 3. I have on 5 injector's fuel 4. I have captured a mmd0c log which can be viewed here: http://www.freefileupload.net/file.php?file=files/281106/1164673371/mdd0cLog1.rtf Injector's are connected to the following outputs: Inj 1 - EC36 Pin7 Inj 2 - EC36 Pin19 Inj 3 - EC36 Pin8 Inj 4 - EC36 Pin20 Inj 5 - EC36 Pin9 The Coils are connected as follows: Coil #1 - EC36 Pin35 Coil #2 - EC36 Pin33 Coil #3 - EC36 Pin34 Coil #4 - EC36 Pin36 Coil #5 - EC36 Pin11 Fuel Pump is connected to EC36 Pin10 (IGBT Drive_07) Optional: Add document to category: Wiki formatting: * is Bullet list ** Bullet list subentry ...
