Use diagonal (top-left to bottom-right), or you can rotate it, but use only 1 injector in each row * do NOT group injectors when PWM-ing * even without cam-sync, only 1 injector should be fired at a time. There is 2 possible way to start the engine, yes. You might even notice it at idle (usually not noticable) depending on injector angle (rotate the sequence 1,2 or 3 entries 180,360 or 540 deg if that bothers you). No difference at high power.
