MegaTune's logs are far less than precise (eg. 1590 RPM is logged as '15'). ** no such log_runtime.pl currently. It would be relatively simple (start from wbo2log.pl) except that the runtime log has no exact framing. Frame-boundaries are found with heuristics, look at megatunix code for how it is done.
