Q: What trigger does this have ? 60-2 VR crank ? Any camsync ? A: As this is a hybrid engine (VW AP2000 1986 carburator engine with VW Golf 2.0 8V head), it has currently a distributor with mechanical advance. I guess the easiest trigger to implement would be switching the current distributor to a later one that would be a Hall distributor. Other option is to disable the mechanical advance but I'm not sure how to setup the current distributor with VEMS. There is no cam sync, at least for this very first setup. 60-2 VR crank is another option. ---- == Opel Calibra == http://guilhermemonteiro.com/calibra/Calibra.jpg Second will be an '''Opel Calibra 1995''', with a C20XE engine will forged pistons, 9.5:1 compression ratio, already running on ethanol (stock Motronic 2.8) and will also receive a turbocharger.
