Opel Kadett with c20let Calibra engine,car is stull in tuning phase Ecu 2884 assembled by IgnjatRNN * stock engine with forged rods * vag coils * XE cams (owner timed to engine for "mid" rpm range torque) * 80lb simens deska * Denso IK24 * 2.75" intake piping with fmic * chinese t04e turbo * audi s2 wastegate 03/03/2019 *first road tuning after we started the car this winter.WG spring is too hard so we cant control boost.Tuned the off boost part of the map and did some tuning in boost as much as we can keep the boost constat by tps.New sping is on the way and MBC for the begining.Even to its a chinese turbo it work pretty nice and the spoolup is better then we expected. 17/03/2019 * we did some more driving on the road,second gear boost goes up to 200kpa,3rd gear hits the fuel cut on 210kpa,80% of mapping is done,we will move fuel cut to 220-230kpa and see if we can get constat boost,if not,we will replace the spring,after road tuning we will check the car on dyno and play with cam timing. 08/04/2019 * Boost problem solved,now we have constant 0.4bar trough the gears.Problem was that customer put very restricted hose,car is running Audi S2 wg,so 0.4bar is right spring pressure without boost control.Cam timing also changed ,engine feels stronger now even at 0.4bar of boost. 15/04/2021 * In all this mess with covid-19 and lock downs, we did sone pulls on the dyno and we have 316hp and 360Nm @ 1bar (starting point from road tuning was 270hp), next target is 1.4-1.5bar boost to see if can climb up to 400 maybe.
