Summary of change:
Fuelcut (and sparkcut?) when pressure differential between MAP and FuelPressure is too large (using pure fuelpressure sensor or a differential sensor). Right now it can be configured using the Warning light function and relay for cutting injector relay, a very ugly way of solving this problem.
