Summary of change:
Started setting up my WBO2, as per the[http://vems.sourceforge.net/manualhtml2/ch07s02.html manual] # In MegaTune, under settings then under wideband settings, changed the Pump zero pw to try and get my 0 volts. I was getting absolutely no change at all, it was set at 102 and read .4v. I would set it anyware between 95 and 105, no change, realized afterwards that if I did my change, click send to ecu then reset the board it would work. Ended up at 101 made .1v. Type Mcd in terminal program, got wbo2_pump_pw_zero=65. #Took me an hour to figure that out, next step will have to wait till another day.
