This is adjusted with a set screw next to the idle adjust set screw. *I just remembered that this mechanism isn't as on/off as I thought. It's possible to vary the fast idle (like a choke) speed by not pulling the lever all the way. I think it's possible to connect a stepper or servo to pull a cable attached to the existing mechanism. If I'm not mistaken, this would act exactly the way I'd need for fast idle control. ---- *So I've asked myself many questions today but there's a few I don't have answers for. **Q: Should I be using ignition based idle control at all? **Q: Because the pull tension is so small, would a hobby servo work for this application?
