Installing VEMS on M20B27 BMW engine.This is my first VEMS project,and first standalone project ever,so i would need all the help i can get! :) Tnx My goals are to get NA engine running on VEMS and doing a few dyno runs,paint car, then go turbo. I finished my harness few days ago,waiting to get some time to try if i got spark,then i`m going to wire everything else to Genboard and try to start the engine. Current engine configuration: * m20b25 head * m20b25 engine block shortened for 2,4mm * m20b27 eta crank * m20 rods 130mm * m20b25 pistons (8.8:1 pistons from 325i Cat.) * Schrick cam 288 * M30 AFM (i`m glad i`m getting rid of this think...) * M50B20 injectors (same cc like stock 715 injectors just got 4 little holes and you get nicer fuel fog) * Motronic 173 Dyno results with 205/50 R15 159,6HP and 230Nm Planned configuration for turbo: * b20 head with b25 valves,welded water channel,3 angle valve job * b25 engine block,normal height * 524TD crank,rods * equal lenght tubular split pulse turbo manifold * Schwitzer S3,got few turbo so i`m going to try witch one gives best results (Schwitzer,Holset,KKK) * Huge FM intercooler * 55lb injectors * walbro 392gsl * schrick 288 * wasted spark * 50mm wastegate * wbo2,EGT,knock * ... ---- '''Sensors''' * Throwing out MAF ?
