'''Primary trigger pullup''' I removed the R30 but now engine is totaly dead,no spark,no RPM readings in MegaTune... Why do you remove R30 ? A 10..22k pullup on VR trigger input makes it more tolerant to trigger noise. * Important: '''measured DC voltage on trigger input''' ? ** with R30=18k pullup, should be around 516 * 5000/(18000+516) = 139 mV '''Secondary trigger''' * not used (?) ** secondary_trigger=02 ---- '''Trigger problem''' - reverse polarity VR ? Make sure to include sufficient info, see IssueReports * firmware version * mcd, mct dump * ... While cranking, I got trigger errors in MegaTune * I replaced the sensor and did better groundings on VR,still the same While cranking before getting trigger errors rpms goes up to 740 and for a second to 0 and back up to 740,it looks like engine wants to start but for some reason it loses every signal for a second and then back on. It seems you get 2 longer gaps (3234+ 2216=5450 that is 4*1363) instead of a proper almost 3x long (around 1400*3 = 4200 would be proper). Your VR sensor seems to be polarity-reversed.
