One of them will not mate with the relay connector on the harness. Please check what has gone wrong!'' I found the problem, the yellow inner piece of the male connector was missing, it helps align the pins in the connector. Without them the pins will have to be aligned manually. It was probably forgotten for this harness, that is not acceptable. -Jörgen * The connector between the injector harness and the main harness is also wrong, it mates correctly but the pinout is mirrored on one of them. I have the offending connector pair here as I had to shorten the harness for estethic reasons in this case. The second harness I have has the same problem. Please check what has gone wrong. -Jörgen * Our 2 and 3 pin boots doesn't fit well over the protection used for CLT, IAT, TPS and over the trigger cables. It takes a very long time to fit the boots even with a generous dose of lubricant. This is very important to get sorted. Sending out some high quality shrink sleeve with the harness is one way to do it. -Jörgen * The trigger ground is routed in the shield, nothing to worry about but worth noting as you can easily loose time when shortening the trigger cables otherwise. BTDT. -Jörgen * All wires with no connectors on them should be made longer, no use having all the connector wires too long and some of the ones without connectors too short! -Jörgen * We need to send one roll of that fabric tape with each harness. Otherwise we will have harnesses that is all hacked up and then taped with ordinary electrical tape!!! -Jörgen * The WBo2 harness was also a bit on the short side for the Volvo application, luckily I had one of the old long wire sensors laying around. I would have had to rip most of the harness otherwise.
