Fan, Water and Fuel Pump control
These functions are used to drive relays or intelligent actuators for functions around the engine.
When using relay control, make sure the relays have internal diode (or resistor) flyback protection on the coil side (diode anode at the negative; cathode at the +12V). If not, apply in the harness, eg. at the relay-socket (even for a standard harness).

Radiator Outlet Temp

Input Channel Used: Select what input channel you have wired radiator outlet temperature sensor to. Remember to use input with 2k7 pullup (standard) to 5V.
This sensor should have the same curve as your main coolant sensor connected to CLT IN (EC36-pin14).


Coolant Fan Output

Input sensor used: Select what input sensor you want to use as function input, either engine coolant, radiator outlet temp or difference between coolant and rad outlet can be used.
Fan Type: Select what type of Fan needs to be controlled:

Fan On when AC On/Fan Speed/Dc when AC On: Select the desired Fan action when AC is active.
Fan disable above Speed: Wheelspeed at which Fan should be shut off, above a certain speed ramair is more effective than forced air.
Hysteresis: Hysteresis for enable temperatures, fan stage is disabled when below enable temp - hyst
Fan Output Channel: Select the output channel(s) you wired your Fan relay(s)/control wire to.


Water Pump

Input sensor used: Select what input sensor you want to use as function input, either engine coolant or radiator outlet temp.
Pump On when AC On: Select the desired Pump action when AC is active.
Start Temperature: Temperature (of selected sensor) at which Pump should enable.
Hysteresis: Hysteresis for enable temperature, Pump is disabled when below enable temp - hyst
Pump Output Channel: Select the output channel you wired your Pump relay control wire to.


Fuel Pump Output

Pump PWM Control: Disabled for Relay based On/Off Control; When Enabled Fuel Pump is PWM controlled, will need an external FP control amplifier.
Pump PWM Scaling: Scaling factor for PWM output, minimum PWM duty = 20% (clamped) additional Scaling is applied by Fuel requirement (Scaling * Pw * RPM + 20%).
Pump On After Powerup: When the ECU is powered up it will drive the fuel pump relay for a given number of seconds, this is used to prime the system with fuel pressure before starting
Pump Off After Inactivity: Once the engine stops turning (no trigger signal) the pump will turn off after N seconds of inactivity. Configure N=1..4 sec, not more. Absolute minimum 0.75 sec.
Fuel Pump Channel: Select the output channel you wired your Fuel Pump relay control wire to.

Note: Please prefer any free injector (FET) output, ignition IGBT output or stepper output first; low current output only as last chance. This is recommended for any relay, or other inductive output in general.
