Subpage of V3 basic flags

• This flag shows if knock is detected or not. Every detected knock event lights up this flag for one (additional) second with a maximum of 5 seconds.
• Knock detection (flagging) works even in logging mode only, for details on knock setup check "Inputs" menu/ Knock sampling settings dialog.
