Boost target curve
This Curve sets the Boost target preasure (Kpa) at specified RPM points.
The output target is interpolated between the bins.

The X axis (engine speed) can be set from 0 Rpm to 16320 Rpm with 64 Rpm steps.
The Rpm axis must be in strictly monotonous increasing order.

The Y axis (Boost target) can be set from 0 Kpa to 510 Kpa with 2 Kpa steps.
